INTRODUCING: THE GARDEN OF EDEN PRAYER JOURNAL

My mom only ever gave me two books as actual gifts that I can remember – a journal, and a Bible. She always encouraged my sister and I to read and took us to the library and bookstores to get books that we chose. But that journal and that Bible were books she gifted me.  That thought came to mind a few weeks ago when I was thinking of her, and how I can better use the gifts of life and love and thoughtfulness that she gave me as well. Her angelversary is December 26^th, the day after Christmas. Some years are harder than others, but it makes the holidays extra sentimental. One way I channel my feelings around that time is to do something in honor of her. This past holiday season, I was inspired to create a prayer journal. I think it’s no coincidence that those two books she gifted me so many years ago have brought me to this beautiful, full-circle moment of clarity, purpose, and service.
