- returns, and subsequent refunds, must be requested within 48 hours of receipt of your order.
- because of the personalized nature of PINQY SWEAR adornments, requests for refunds are only honored if there is a functionality flaw or sizing issue.
- The refund amount will not include shipping, or customs & VAT fees (for international shoppers).
- The refund will only be issued once the item is returned to PINQY SWEAR in it's original packaging and condition.
- shipping for exchanges is the buyer's cost.
- Eligibility for a refund is at the sole discretion of PINQY SWEAR.
